It's probably a good thing you're so sceptical of what people are say here, but this time what they're saying is true. Simplifying the complex human form into manageable, simple shapes helps you draw in a convincing and realistic 3D way.

Good start, but both the dude's pelvis and some of your legs are wrong. The most glaring one is the dude's right leg (which would be our left, so it'd be the left leg for us). If you get up and roll up your pants to your thigh, watch how your knees and your thighs move when your foot rotates. The knee cap will almost always be in line with the foot in a natural pose and as result, the shins and muscles that attach to the knee move slightly as well. Try studying Bridgman. Also if limbs still give you trouble, try doing studies of the Flash for legs or Spiderman arms and hands. Keep on making comic book characters man, maybe you'll get to the big leagues eventually.
