My dream is to be able to make a liveable income doing art, something like $3000 per month, but how would you go about doing that? It doesn't seem like just getting a large amount of followers and making a patreon cuts it. I just realized one of my favorite artists on Twitter @baalbuddy only makes $600 a month on patreon despite having 90,000 followers. Meanwhile, pic related claims to make enough now that he could afford to buy a private helicopter (he's for sure exaggerating but I'm assuming this means he's pretty high income now). So, what are the other alternatives I could use to make money alongside patreon?
