you're kind of essentially asking "how do I learn how to draw" but I'll try to answer the questions. But in general the most helpful thing you can do is find references of artists you like and do breakdowns/studies of their work, then re-produce that from memory, compare and fix mistakes, and then apply what you learned to your own studies from reference and imagination. If you do that with spaced repetition, you will get better. Anyway:

>1. Figuring out how to draw faces flawlessly from different angles
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h84wuXAJqp4 is a good starting point, but really what you need to learn is faces from the front, side, 3/4, low angle, high angle, and 3/4 back view, as those are the most common angles in media. Get those down first and then you can "interpolate" the in-between angles. As outlined in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=afIIuW5aJnk
>2. Drawing wrinkles and folds on clothing
This is definitely a weakness of mine. Morpho has a book on it. Find artists who draw drapery that you admire and do studies of them.
>3. Drawing anatomy + poses, I know this one is a packed question because the human body seems very difficult to actually study so I'm not expecting a one sentence answer on that.
I'll give you one anyway: google "David Finch roadmap"
>4. Drawing different hairstyles especially long hair and twintails
Again, breakdowns and studies of artists you like. I find it's most helpful to block out a silhouette first to make sure it reads properly before adding the clumps/strands
>5. Drawing men, I'm a girl so it always felt natural to only draw girls because I know how the female body works and looks better than the male body. But would like to branch out

>6. Quitting the anime cartoonish amateur art style and actually developing one of my own.
Pull from many inspos (one artist has linework you like, one does colors you like, etc) and your style will emerge naturally. nothing wrong with anime
