Are redlines okay with people here? I've not done them before, so hopefully it's not too bad. THere's the hair that needs fixed, and on the left pose I think you should add the right arm in with some pose and the right leg could be pushed further back into the picture compared to the left. And the right pose's right limbs felt weird, arm has a disconnect and is too long and leg looked funny. The right pose seems odd overall, maybe try something that doesn't have the right leg out so far?
