Damnit. I know I'm a beginner, but I always make torsos too short, even when measuring.

The rest is usual okay, in about 10000 quotation marks.

Pic related, what I just tried to study, overlaid now for convencience, I did not trace it, obviously.

Everything that is gap was once connected, and thus too short.

Are there any measuring tricks I can use? It's always the damn torso.
