did you do pic related of your post? It looks fantastic imo. At least in terms of textures, colors and contrast I love it.

My only issues is the way the overall shape fits into the composition of the paper. I forgot who used to say that the first line is really the 5th line you draw.

As it is now, the upper half is very strong and catches the eye whilst the lower half almost hinders it for me, I would personally have either fixed that by giving it some space and room on the right side as well, rather than have the shape so centered and sticking to both edges.

Or maybe have something going on bottom right, but at this point of the work it would need to be very thought out and subtle to balance things.

Thats the best feedback I can give you, otherwise I really like it and wish I could do something so cool. Whenever I try to do something creative from imagination it turns into a terrible mess like this birb. Doesn't help that I fucking suck at pastel which is what I used.
