After 9 years it happens, my cintiq 12wx is now useless as a screen device because of that very same reason, but hey, it still works just fine as a desk tablet, and for 10+ of use is not bad, wacoom shit do really last "forever", I will upgrade though i'm halfway in savings for a 32 pro, which will be my very last tablet.
