The arms are kinda fucky, and the neck doesn't match the perspective. Also, where your forms curve out of view (e.g. where the thigh meets the stocking), it's too sharp a transition. Circles don't have points, so try to draw out the curve and avoid sharp corners, 'cause that really flattens out your drawing.
