Talk to me.
Deleuze says, there are no artists who enjoy their state of being, rather, there are only artists by necessity. This claim is likely hyperbolic, but I believe it fits in the contexts of your requirements, or in a concept of "true artist". I dont draw because I like it, but because it is one of the main means of achieving what I want to achieve. Ryutaro Nakamura showed me the perfect first episode in Lain, awakening extasy at a time in which life was lost on me- and since then, I decided to stop running from the prospect of artistry, ever present throughout my life, but always shunned away as a silly dream unlikely to give me money to survive. I dont care anymore if I starve at 35, so long as I can produce my weird shit, and inspire a boy like me to live with more vehemence and life, I am headed full kamizake in this path.

I dont do only drawings, but also collages. They're on a facebook page, though Ive slowed down their production.
This is part of a piece made digitally- not my favorite drawing medium, I work with more detailed and precise lines in paper. I struggle with general perspective and foreshortening constructions, in the human form in particular. Whereas with the narratives, it is a problem of perfectionism.
