noticed that too, they either draw the eye inside boundaries of the face or don't draw it at all hiding it behind the profile,
which is a shame cuz when an eye bulges out or it's eyelashes are visible from behind the nose the characters' faces start to be not just visible but even felt, like as if they could be touched
