Did this in a little over an hr. Learn to draw lineart without cleaning up the initial sketch (treat your lineart kind of like a cleaner sketch instead). Use a brush with little width variance so you can focus just on placement. Shade with the lasso tool, airbrush, and low opacity hard round brushes.
