Consider going against a jap/chink that was drawing his entire childhood because that is the only thing the guy had (not starving but also not able to afford a PC for gaming/internet; just a few sheets of paper and pencils).
You may know how to set a timer for a steak to be rare, but
the intuitive chink has it in his guts ... he smells/feels it.
You might be native in English or not.
I'm not but I consider my English skills on a functional level. Will I ever be indistinguishable from a Brit speaking English on an intuitive level? Probably not but there are rare exceptions (bilingual children for example)

Common in both is that you could produce an almost similar but most of the time interior product. The only chance is to outwork the chinks, but GOOD LUCK with that.
Imagine getting a following/popularity for your art when there are probably thousands if not millions of chinks on the internet. How likely is it?
How about a job/money from art?
Thanks to globalisation/internet/chinese government, the chinks need way less money to get by and therefore are able to charge less than you.

The root of the problem is that they just don't know how to get gud, they never had the right opportunities that gave them the experiences that would put them on the path to learning.

The reason why that is, is that beginners often have backwards values, and tend hold on to the things that hold them back. For example: "lol xd using reference feels like cheating" or "I don't care to learn how to draw the body, I just want to learn the face", or they do bad practices like tracing, or watching yt tutorials on how to "draw an anime face in 12 easy steps!"

They fall into a pitfall and because they don't realize they are in one, never try to get out. They just assume hey this is it, this is what art is like. They never taste the satisfaction of improvement, they don't know they joy of making something that actually looks good or of higher quality, even if it's with reference or a copy.
