Most noticeable things to me are that the head doesn't look like it's connected to the shoulders and the clothing texture is strange looking. I'm not experienced enough with clothing to help all that much in that regard, though.

Butt is decent, but the fishnet stocking pattern doesn't quite wrap around properly. I think it's something you just have to take more time on.
