Females after puberty tend to have, on average, less developed jawbones than post-pubertal males, due to the difference in testosterone levels. This means that the majority of women have smaller chins than the majority of men; the one in your character, however, is of considerable size, so she ends up looking a bit mannish (of course, we are talking here about average artistic proportions; real-life humans can vary considerably).

Besides that, there are a couple more issues with the placement of her facial features (pic related): the eyes of your woman are too close together; the distance between the eyes should be roughly the length of another eye, from the lacrimal caruncle to the corner. Her nose is also too short; the distance between the eyebrows and the base of the nose should correspond roughly with the size of her ears.

Apart from drawing the eyes with more separation between them, you would just need to lower both her nose and her mouth, until the base of the former lines up with that of her ears. That way your drawn faces will look more proportional and feminine.
