anybody gone from 2D to 3D?
in 2D i've always animated using varied frame rates, usually on threes or twos.
when i do the same in 3D (toony NPR rendering) it looks ok with stepped interpolation, but when i switch to spline interpolation it looks like mush.
what do?

A better option to curb heroin demand in the U.S. is to better regulating big pharma companies that mass manufacture opiod-based pain killers. Considering many people use heroin as a cheaper alternative to continue their addictions to painkillers.

If you are really concerned about heroin addiction and treating addicts there are much more effective policy options then spending $35 billion of the federal budget on a concrete slab in the desert

so i was merrily going along my humble /ic/ journey to "making it" and becoming the best artist in the universe when all of a sudden i found a free download link for photoshop cs2. i had been looking for a free ps download for a while but eventually i settled for gimp as a viable alternative. now that i have access to photoshop which one should i get into? should i uninstall gimp or should i just dump CS2?
