Found that tweet, and there's some quote tweets from nips saying it's that jcom is the artist himself falseflagging gathered from the wierd evidence of the jcom twitter and fanbox that made in April without any history and the evidence of the fanbox revenue being edited

It might be wrong though, not to attack the artist but there used to be a trend on twitter involving artist making a throwaway twitter account to attack his real account by using AI, it used to done by img2img or whatever it's called on his own image and post it on the main account. After that the artist make a new post to fan the drama further.
This is done to genererate the traffic from drama resulting in more followers and more favored by algorithm
