You literally cannot create a segregated community in America or any western country for that matter, its against the law. In fact there are numerous government programs set up to prevent natural segregation from happening. HUD comes to mind as an obvious example.

Wouldn't it be nice if the government did nothing instead? Rather it's the opposite, they will target white communities specifically to make sure they have been "integrated".

This is a lie. The only white people who remain in heavily mixed areas are those who haven't already left, or those who move in after the fact to "gentrify" real estate. Introducing more different people to an area doesn't make the original population more happy.
White flight is a phenomenon for a reason.
The exact opposite is true. The most "racist" whites in America are those who historically had the most contact with other races (blacks). Prolonged contact with the black race did not make white southerners less racist, in fact it made them more racist.

All assumptions by you, which do not reflect reality. If people so naturally came together and liked it there wouldn't be such a concerted effort to force the races together, and laws preventing their separation.

I don't see why I, or anyone else, needs uncomfortable social situations forced upon them for no other reason that it pleases your arbitrary view of morality. It's not a problem of me being scared, it's a problem of you forcing your worldview on strangers.
