the form and head looks really flat and stiff, her right arm in particular is super jaring, in order for her arm to be visible like in your picture her body would have to be almost in a side profile angle, as for clothing I feel like it should be wrapping around the body more considering that action she's taking

i can't really put my thoughts into words as well as i'd like but to boil it down the major problem is perspective, practicing gestures would benefit you greatly, and here's a picture to further show what i'm trying to say but idk
