/ic/ - Artwork/Critique

I've got into drawing recently, and so far this is the highest effort thing I got to draw. I can see that skin shading is off (or nearly inexistent, kek), i can see that clothes are not really textured/shaded like clothes should be, same with hair, but all of that feels like kind of long-term effort, stuff that won't come to me in one good session of trying hard to figure it out. Looking at it, what feels like the worst offender to you, what should I focus on first?
