Well, features are different on each person, but for the eyes there was a basic "rule" that was something like "run a line from the corner of the mouth upwards, and that should give you the place where the eye starts" and to know how big an eye is, remember that the space between the two eyes equals one eye. But as I said, this isn't always the case, I suggest doing a lot of faces and trying to see the relationships yourself.

Practice more. You're on the right track, be careful with those proportions, nose and eyes a big af. Also the local value of the hair should be darker
