You are welcome just don't go overboard with it, consider the horizon line and your reason for putting it low or high. If you put it high it will give the feeling of looking down to the character which communicates that the character is small/short and puts the character into a more friendly vulnerable position compared to the viewer. Likewise if you put the horizon line low and make the viewer look upwards to the character that gives the feeling that the character is taller/powerful and is in a dominant potion.

Remember, these are not always hard and stone carved rules pictures are way more complex than this but they are effective to convey emotions with your picture by using the perspective and the fundamental emotions the point of view convey to the viewer.
