alright, here's my /beg/ tier work using only mouse.
Yes, it's hard to use, i will give you that.
Which is why nobody use mouse to draw.

Now, either draw on a paper, or wait for your tablet to arrive or stop showing how mentally ill you are.
You are not gonna learn anything using paint and mouse.
Especially when you don't even put any effort in adjusting the drawing.
You can use the paint tools to make perfectly round circle.
You can abuse the ctrl+z undo function because this is digital drawing.
You need to wake up from your delusion.
