It's that thin, elliptical profile.
I'm being picky, but I had tendonitis. I really don't want it flaring up again.

A real brush is thin but requires no pressure/force
A charcoal pen is thin and requires force but can be gripped overhand
A digital pen requires force, so I need it to be light and fat.

Yeah my sis really liked hers, she hated her iPad (found the Pencil painful) but can draw comfortably for hours with her S7.
Apparently it's quite bad for multitasking though
