The shapes look great! The edges are a bit too blurry though, maybe you could use harder brush for the sharp parts (her chin, bottom part of the nose, etc).
Also, the skin color could use some variation - some reds for the cheeks and maybe just a bit of purple/blue for the shadows to make them more interesting.You could experiment with adding a bit of yellow hues to her forehead, where the bones are the closest to the skin.
