Doing good so far. The main thing I'd say it's the left breast. It should be lower. Make an horizontal line where the right nipple is and that's where the left nipple should.
About the pecs thing. Well pic related. Behind the yellowy fat gland you'll see the pectoralis muscle in this anatomy chart. What you need to understand is that in the upper chest, both pecs have the volume of a thin box, and the breast have the volume of a sphere. And in females, the sphere is "over" middle to low pec, as the place. The pecs and breasts are anatomical structures that are related to each other and both have volume.
