/ic/ - Artwork/Critique

I really don't want to create art in a vacuum with no critical feedback, so I've decided to sign up with an online school. I've checked out New Masters Academy and Watts Atelier and I really like both of them but Watts is really expensive (basic package is $99/mo).

Has anyone joined these programs? Looking for some insight on which to join. Thanks guys.

I'm having an excessively hard time finding these Conte pencils, I've actually been recommended them before and couldn't find the correct ones then either. Can someone tell me where I can purchase them online?
