Any help with this? People say it looks like an effeminate man but she's supposed to be a girl. Besides that, I know I want to have the face and extended hand as the focal points but I'm clueless in the rest of the body, it feels stiff.
Head and forwshortened arm is what I want but the rest of the body is just kinda there.

I promise this can be a pretty painting
