her nose looks like the head of a ninja turtle, your reference doesnt have a wide nose. Make it smaller and less detailed.

Has bimbo lips, and while I like bimbo lips as well they feel too big in that face, like is cramped.

Eyes are a little too close

get a scanner or use the retinex and curves filters in gimp
