How should a drawing made from scratch using Keys to Drawing advice or even more, as a rule, look like, I'm interested on the beginning, those lines made from observation and what's a restatement supposed to look like

anon who drew it here, this is basically it. it was just some practice in observational skills, just stare at the ref and block in the big shapes while minding proportions and angles, and work your way smaller and to more curved lines
