No, the problem is that he didn't construct the drawing or has no idea of construction and just threw together a bunch of symbols. The philtrum shape is in a entirely different angle than in the photo. This kind of wonky shit happens when you have no idea how to construct things in perspective. That's also why the shape of her jaw and chin don't match up with everything above the nose. You can also see the philtrum in this true profile photo. It's the angle of the philtrum that's different, not the existence of the philtrum itself.
Again this kind of stuff simply doesn't happen if you properly construct your drawings or at least got enough knowledge to eyeball it roughly.
But we've all seen videos of him drawing where he slaps together a bunch of lines and in the end every part of the face and body has different vanishing points because this nigga never heard of perspective.
