reduced the amount of colors by condensing similar shades.
increased the contrast
removed the dithering
shortened the torso. standing straight with one's arms at their sides, the tips of the fingers should be near the knees.
tried to better convey form by 1. thinking about the lighting 2. thinking in clusters
