I pushed some stuff around in literally paint. Tried to make the shoulders and hips a little more anatomically correct.

Also "fixed" some important perspective. Don't be afraid to have one part of the body cover another. The (our right) leg should be in front of the crotch and cover much of the (our) left leg. Also, the feet are almost like an alien abduction is going on. Try forcing some more perspective to make it look like she's standing.
