The green monster looks flat, try adding dark values to create depth, especially on the mouth and on the top of the head, also, personally I would remove the outline of the sides of the body.

As for actual critique, I'm no pixel art pro but there's tons of stray pixels, it feels like you just used a 1 pixel brush, for example the tail spade has tons of uneven pixels, giving it a serrated appearance, when I assume it's supposed to be totally straight. You need to have a consistent progress of pixels to fix this.
The shading is also inconsistent and almost pillow shading, there's some cue's that the light is coming from the front, but the shadow is also facing that direction?
if I could, I'd give better critique but as I said I haven't the foggiest about pixelart, though I think you could gain from improving your shading
