When you fill your post with lots of art hashtags there'll be lots of other retards aplying this method with you, liking your posts and leaving generic comments, wanting you to follow them. Not really helpful but more likes makes you posts to seem more attractive. You can delete those hashtags after some time.

If someone you follow doesn't follow you back, just stop following them when a post from them appears on your home tab.
You can apply this method as lazily as you want, it's slow but better than nothing.

Being /int/ is just a stage, just like /beg/, I just want a place for people that want to receive and give critique and tips but without being told to "get out of beg" or "go to beg" and without most of the threads being made of people JUST starting to learn how to draw or real beginners who only know how to do symbolic faces.

As >>4486213 said, /int/ is for people who already have a taste of the fundamentals and need higher level help, higher doesn't mean literal god, but still, what you said could also mean people in /beg/ should stay in /beg/ forever.
