The parts of the face are too large and it doesn't have any space left for the cheeks, the same with the eyepatch dude you drew last time. Spending too much time on the face itself and not drawing the head in advance can easily lead a person to get lost in the details and forget the big picture, which will lead to disproportional parts on the face.

Please spend more time on planning your entire drawing before going into the details.
