It would not be much of a stretch to include all other tags that are derivative of Inktober, and take place within the same time period with the same rules. Almost any court would consider it similar enough to fall under the umbrella.

Okay this one is pretty incredible. This amounts to "Pay up or else" and hiding it behind buzzwords
