Woah thank you guys so much. It's already looking a LOT better with your suggestions. And the character is supposed to be ethereal or whatever and the first thing that came to mind is that pose of the Madonna
you know the one where she has a hand on her chest and the other up, but it wasn't working here. I'll fiddle around with more interesting positioning for the hands to get a better compositional flow going
