I'm not too sure with CSP basically you can set photoshop to show sRGB, I think it has settings like that for people working with printing digital photography so they can see how it looks with diff color profiles. Spyder is a little hardware you hang over your screen and it runs a program flashing colors on the monitor its calibrating, taking pictures of it and comparing it to a standard then it spits out a color profile you install onto the monitor with the trouble. I had a hard time trusting myself calibrating Cintiq by adjusting the sliders and comparing it to the images on my phone and eventually bought the calibrated. I think they dont tell you that Cintiq screens are RGB while most screens we view our stuff on is LCD
