You start drawing. Even if you hate it you have to power through that phase of shittiness.
What gets me to start is trying to make finished pieces. Studies just aren't engaging, but if you start drawing something from start to finish (maybe with some studies on the side to help you understand what you do wrong in the process) then I'm too absorbed by whatever I do to even think about whether I deem it good or bad until it's finished.

I may be projecting a bit here- but a more drastic solution would be to get off the internet for some time, for this place is one where you're permanently exposed to the work of infinitely better artists. I took a break for a week once, and I hated the shit I did less because I couldn't compare it to the perfect 5 mins sketches of some gook who'll always draw better than I do. Out of sight, out of mind.

Get to it anon.

I had to quit myself because no more vidya to play. There was a whitdrawal period or whatever you wanna call it that lasted a couple days but then I started drawing all the time again. I know shit's not easy when you're so used to it.
Hope you'll get to the point where you can just monitor your time appropriately. There are programs that could help you do that, perhaps? Anyways keep it up anon, I'm rooting for you.
