In general:
- Your forms are flat: e.g. unappealing giant mass of hair
- Shading is too soft: e.g. everything is shaded with a soft brush with no sense of form, hair is giant clay blob
- p i l l o w s h a d i n g
- generic cow girl design: if you're gonna do this at least make her in a hot pose
