I guess this as good a place to ask as any.
I'm not exactly an artist, but I want to redraw pic related, or to be more specific every frame in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nUyzQiM3hXk for a different character.
All in all I think I can manage, I'm just going to trace the image in GIMP and it'll be fine, but here's my question:
How do I draw the legs? I want to make the dress shorter (somewhere above the knee) and have no idea how to do it. Should I just do noodle legs?
