Proportions are wonky af. Try to do more gesture drawing, with an idea of getting a better feel for the form and proportions of the figure. Also lacks perspective, so do some perspective exercises-- a bit of practice in those areas, and you'll be pretty solid in your foundations for drawing anime.

Very nice! A very easy perspective to draw, but the linework is very nice through the torso. Cute butt too. The shading adds a nice layer of dimension, like the choice of a hot and cold color for obvious reasons. Those sketches in the background however, suggest you can use the same advice I gave to the other anon. Keep up the good work!
