Are there any good resources regarding spine movement? Specifically, how the spine bends as the torso and pelvis turn in opposite directions. I've been getting by with just trying to work it out on paper in pic related, but I'd like something concrete to reference.

What do you consider good milestones for figure drawing? I'm following Riven Phoenix's Structure of Man videos at the moment. He's not the best artist, but I like the way he explains things. So the way I'm working with it is skeletal structure -> basic forms over skeleton -> surface anatomy with gesture practice sprinkled about. Not sure what comes after.
