i would say everything, but to not be so crabby the main problem is your lines, not just your lineart, you are adding too much and making nothing, it looks too messy specially when everthing has the same lineweight.
you lack line confidence amongs other things like anatomy, the head looks like a peanut. the ref is to point out how a messy linework can work with line confidence without hatchig one gorillian lines
