For starters you're best off thinking of the entire pose before you start drawing.

If those circles are supposed to be the shoulder joints, they're too close to the upper torso. Her ribcage is pretty good but her shoulders should be placed wider apart. Kinda looks like you drawing in 2d as apposed to visualizing in 3d.
Also the shoulder joint is the most free-moving joint in the body, so theres quite a bit of freedom in how you can place it.
Based on how you have the ribcage angled, only thing I could think of is to put her arms behind her back like shes standing regally (or tied up of you're a perverted coomer like me) Her mid section looked like it was scrunched up like she was hunched over, so I changed that too

It aint perfect as Im slightly drunk but hopefully this helps
