So I've been following your advice.

This is literally the first thing I've ever attempted to paint in my life and surprisingly it's not going as horribly as I thought it would. Progress is slow, but I'm intending to keep working on this until it's all fully rendered. I'm still separating some pieces onto separate layers (hair, face, dress), but I think that's pretty normal? idk, I've never done this before.

Anyway, thanks for your advice! I feel like I've just had a whole other world open up to me where I finally get to do all the weird creepy art I've always wanted to do.
