heyhey, i would recommend to you - to rly study perspective and anatomy a bit
If you look at er hand you will see how flat it is, it still doesn not look right to the eye - i think you choose a hard perspective here - you did not even drew the hand larger than the left one (the one which is facing down).
It faces down so everything will shrink in size
Work on head -construction too - no, i would recommend you from my heart to practice cylinder, boxes and place bodyparts in them.
Go with gesture do some everyday so you get a feeling for proportion, than practice gesture in perspecctive - i could only explain this personally..

anyways you draw with "symboly", since your eyes are flat and look like from old egypts-symbols.

Start easy you will have much more joy later on, i promise - but you have to fight through some painful excercises (but still with some of your own work to not get a burn-out).

Other than that, the atmospere you build in the picture is nice, but the technical-excecution is poor
