First off, your painting skills are quite good. Because of this, it doesn't look that bad at a glance.
Your problems are more noticeable after we flip the canvas. Most people have a dominant eye, so flipping the image is a good way to check for inconsistences.

Your have conflicting ideas of construction. All of the planes and forms are confusing the viewer on what angle we're seeing the face.
Her eyes are really far apart, if we were to draw over a skull it would be deformed. The barrel of the mouth is over-elongated, I think because you understand we are looking above her and slightly down but you don't understand the planes of the mouth yet to express that. I recommend you work on studying the lower face.
The blue lines are exactly the same length. And this is a problem because the the cheek in Z axis closest to us should be closer and the cheek behind should have a shorter 2d length because of foreshortening. The green lines are to show how much the eyebrow ridge that is suppose to be behind in space looks the same if not longer than the one that is closest towards us. The ear placement is also conflicting with your boxed head orientation.
