I think you generally oversimplify shapes of lower legs or maybe you add thickness there where actually should be no to make them look stronger but yup, your girls in many of your works have fucking bricks for lower legs and you don't hide it behind scenery.

Just think about it, the lower leg is a massive bone in the front, a very large muscule fehind it and the rest are fucking toe flexers, toe extenders, foot turners that aren't very powerful ever, have you ever seen anyone working out to develop powerful toes and getting massive fucking toe flexers?
