I need to do some legal investigation on that sort of thing. The cursory search indicates that the fault and legal liability would lie with the user who posted it, not with the host.

However, I think in the end of the day it's not something I can actually enforce. I don't collect or verify age information (and don't intend to), and am not interested in restricting access and use of the site on the basis of age (practicing art should not have any age limit, maybe 13+, and fucking hell, we've all seen porn when we were in middle school, come on).

That being said, if you are underage, I would strongly disregard posting nsfw content you made for your own sake. I still need to do some investigating on the legal liability.
